Oh man.. trust my luck.
I done the £20 bet on Thursday evening with 14/1 odds, which I lost tonight.
Apparently the t&c changed Thursday morning, so am I not gonna get my £20 back?
My account is showing as £0.00. According to the update, if I get it back I have to bet it on a 5/1?
This blows. I hate wasting money, let alone gambling.
I think you will find you have to bet on a 1/5 not a 5/1. Here's a tip for you, watch a game and wait until a team has it won, 2-0 or something similar near the end and then bet on them to win as long as it's greater than 1.2 odds, that way you get your £20 back and a little profit and you can then withdraw it.0 -
My first bet was void, the system dont flag up second bets, had to ring for a refund n withdrew asapSIMPLES!0

I joined the site on tue (15th) placed my bet on the england game on the 17th, Lost it and this morning had an email confirming the refund and have now withdrawn it, no problems0

For anyone who can't see the banner and use Firefox, make sure you turn Adblock off if you have it (or turn it off for that website) because it's easy to forget.
Good luck everyone who is placing a bet!

these online bookies are scum.....they hide behind so many t&c's which they arent up front about...personally this practice should be made illegal....it should be CLEAR what people are signing up for!!
i had a valid win when doyle won the premierships top goalscorer - based on the handicap......when i won they said i didnt as cup goals dont count and neither do penalties.....all info they kept to themselves.....i rarely gamble as that year was a one off and wont change........same year ladbrookes paid out when my team reading won via handicap league
another time i was supposed to get a free bet on the grand national but didntStevie Coppell's record breaking blue and white royal army - championship winners 2005-60 -
I suppose most customers are recreational gamblers who would spend their winnings on further bets so it doesn't matter if non-winning refunds can be cashed or not. As long as wins are cash
I played bingo last year and most of the companies got wise to us bonus hunters, and started paying out wins on the free games and daily scratchcards as bonus money that couldn't be withdrawn and had to be spent on further gambling.52% tight0 -

Thats a bit harsh, did you read t and c first? It would be very unusual to count cup goals in a premiership top scorer contest0 -

If you joined the site before the 17th I believe you do not have to wager at all. Those who joined from Thursday will have to wager once at minimum odds of 1-5.
Basically that is what it boils down to.
Not when you placed your bet or when it was settled but when you registered. That is what my email says.0 -
I registered after they changed the conditions, but I tried to withdraw my money anyway. It seemed to go through, but perhaps they'll refuse it in a day or two.52% tight0
