  • I too have been scammed and kicking myself because I ALWAYS read the Ts and Cs before buying anything and for some reason I didn't on this occasion.

Has anyone been successful in receiving a refund? I paid for the free trial and a month on and they've taken the £52.99 out my account but I've not yet received the month's supply. Do I just need to post it back within 2 weeks of receiving it to get that money back?
  • This is definitely a rogue outfit. They have found a clever way to scam people out of cash by making it extremely difficicult to try the 'so called free product' without hitting your account for this ridiculous amount of cash. They are a perfect disgrace!! Stay away from them at all costs!!!
  • DO NOT USE THIS SITE they tried to take 124 pounds from my account before the amounts of 4.95 and 7.95 for the teeth whitening system. It is a scam and it was only that my bank phoned me and asked if i had tried to use my card for this amount that I realised I had been scammed. Be warned!

I'm amazed the Daily Mail hasn't picked up on this or BBC News 24....it's an outrage.

People who give their credit card details to internet companies with stupid names, don't read the contract they are entering and really thing that it's going to be free..................they really shouldn't be allowed out on their own.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS ALWAYS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you making the same point as the previous poster other than wasting people's time?

These 2 companies seem to to working in tandem by saying that one product works better with the other product, my bank tried warning me but I said it was ok as I'd signed up for some samples. Better healthy took the sample money of £2.98 then within the hour took another £127.94. I stopped my debit card immediately and reported them to fraud dept at the bank. Today I received the sample from Gleamify and read the small print, OOps. they say you have 14 days from the order date (which was 13 days ago)or else they bill you for the £52.99, they have been telephoned and the product cancelled, the call has been recorded. i hope I've learnt my lesson.
I managed to send the Gleamify back within the 14 days and they did refund my £52.99 but the other company also known as Teeth Glow charged my credit card with $199.95 or £125.78 as I didn't cancel my 3 day trail of their members only website portal within 3 days of placing the order even though my sample took over three weeks to turn up and I didn't find out they had charged my credit card with their membership fee instead of the £2.60 it said until I got my statement. Eventually got through to their customer services dept in America! and they've said they'll give me a 50% refund. I'll wait to see if it turns up. Lesson learned always read the terms & conditions no matter how boring they are.
