Have to agree with this post - not counting the order day / deliver day, it actually took them 11 working days - not brilliant, but not bad - what do their t&cs say about delivery?

Some people are missing the point...
When i ordered the glasses i was happy.
A 4-5 days passed and i wanted to check on the status so logged into the online 'my account' page but there was no evidence of any order there.
I was still happy as i'd got a reciept so new something was amiss and tried to contact the company.
I didn't recieve a response within the timeframe given and looking more into it i discovered no phone numbers and a PO Box address :mad:
Still awaiting an initial response i posted on here
Got my glasses and updated the thread accordingly. I believe i had a right to complain having given the company 'there own deadline' to respond to my initial query. I'm only guilt of maybe prejudging the company on its PO Box no contact number policy which it has a right to do. So you were happy happy, but still contacted your CC company about a refund and wanted Selectspecs removed from MSE just because they didn't reply to emails within their time frame. As said OTT!0

Great to hear your glasses have arrived and you are satisfied with the product, we can only apologise for the delay in getting back to your emails but as stated before we're very busy at the moment which has caused some delay with order inquiries (not that we should use this as an excuse). We're making quite a few changes to the way we do things at the moment which will also help to improve our customer services over the coming months.

That's right, I'm still chasing my glasses after a year! I've sent several emails and letters through snail mail. All without reply!
After posting on your Facebook page I was told someone would look into it and get back to me. Surprise surprise, no response!
Can you please look into the issue ASAP? Not sure if I'm allowed to paste order numbers here (so apologies if I'm not!) but order is 84444.

Hi,
If you have not had your order, then I would suggest that you get a physical address for them - assuming UK, send them a Letter Before Action - give them 7 days to refund - then issue small claims ...
Forget getting anyone to look into the order for you ....
