    Evening all!

I'm kind of in this week, but work will have to come first, so I'll see what I can get done. The hotspot I started clearing in the LR last week is still shrinking slowly (I try to have at least 5min every day), so at least that's something.

Mumto5 - (((((hugs)))), I wish there was something else I could say.

Toots - I've not had a chance to speak to neighbours yet, but things are definitely not right. I might try to phone later, as I don't like this atmosphere. As far as the budget goes, it's not very detailed yet and I'm getting frustrated. I have a couple of problems and thought I'd found solutions, but it hasn't worked out so far and I may have to trail into town to the bank one day after work (mega hassle). I've been with them since 1989, so I won't be best pleased if they don't have any solutions. I know I should have managed things better, but at least I'm now ready to sort it out.

Best go now (I've treated myself to reading 3 pages of fred), as the plan of action is bath, empty and re-load TD, then work/tidy kitchen. Have a good week, everyone. x

  • First of all Congratulations cazzab I remember bringing my lo home as if it was yesterday but he is 17 now! Take it easy.

Thank you everyone who mentioned my OH, he had his second interview but now has to wait until Fri before he knows if he has the job. FIngers and everything crossed till then, makes washing up interesting anyways.

Have got 2 loads through the wm and dried. Cleared birthday cards from lr but no time to hoover so will do that tomorrow. Need to go and sort the clean washing from my bed and make it - I love clean sheets.

Thanks Toots for your kind words, I'm not panic-ing quite so much.

congrtulations on your flyboy! we await pictures! and details!

dd2 decluttered 2 more exams - and i think they went reasonably - no tears anyway. So all she has left now is Geography paper 2 (Thursday) and Food Technology (Weds next week)!

Most importantly she is taking tonight off - AND SO AM I!!!!:D:D:D

DD1 only had one today.. but she has another tomorrow afternoon.. history I think.. her last one is the 22nd she said.

Moomin and Tiddles at physio tomorrow so DD1 wil be collecting from school as her exam finishes at 2:30.. just the other 2 so she'll be fine.

Moomin deflea'd.. she was hopping but is now nuked.. must shower her in the morning though!

Washing all in and the last lot is just airing in the TD.. it is even all folded.

OH loaded DW and I swept the manky floor, put out all the rubbish and recycling and hung the woolly things on the airer.

Must nag him to fill the empty wheelie bin in a bit though.. before it gets entirely dark! ... should fit the large chunk of our manky bedroom carpet in one and the broken paste table in the other.. :D.. FLING!
