Has anyone received their Daily Express £5 Garden Voucher yet?

Just rang Express again, asked for Promotions. Was told by Suzanne that HTA are getting more vouchers. (0208 612 7000). Fingers crossed.

I had a letter telling me that I had not sent in my voucher and 2 free newpaper vouchers - so did the Express say who will get the vouchers that they are getting?

I got that letter too and I understand I will be getting the voucher but I'm not holding my breath! Time will tell!

I've now received a phone call confirming that I will be sent a voucher.

I have emailed the express, but of course no response!

It is interesting to note that not one single person here has received a voucher.

Everyone should boycott the express, star and ok magazines - they are not to be trusted.

I hope that this website will no longer be pushing their promotions.

Didn't see this thread at the time but I too got the rejection letter. It was rather underhand of the Express to fob us off with complimentary newspaper vouchers instead of the expected £5 garden token. However, I didn't take things further because I foolishly hadn't bothered to obtain a posting receipt, therefore couldn't prove that my application had been sent promptly.

I hope those who did take it further will come back with a follow-up report; it would be interesting to know the outcome.

After many phone calls I did finally receive my voucher. HTH.

Thanks for the update, Busylizzie. Good to know that they did eventually send out your voucher as the whole thing seemed like one big con. (In fairness, maybe many people did receive their voucher without having to chase it up but it seems odd that no-one had posted here to say so.)
