Thanks but no thanks! Nearly drove me mad last night watching England - couldn't hear the England fans chanting and at times could hardly hear the commentators. Should be banned ASAP

Oh calm down! It's all a bit of fun...personally, I think it adds to the atmosphere at the games - yeah, it does sound a little annoying, but that's the African way of celebrating/making a party atmosphere in the stadium.

I'm not a great fan of the noise they make but I think they're a fantastic thing to have at the world cup, and the atmosphere would certainly be a lot less encapsulating if they weren't around!


Remember, the world cup is held in different countries to experience the culture of those countries too!
