After finding this on MSE
would just like to say a big thank you MSE, after finding other people with the same SGL no2 ACC problem, i didnt know what it was, but after a bit of fishing and 1 phone call to swinton just recieved a full refund of £408.31 and took just over a week to come, for payments made for personal accident cover that i didnt want or aware i was paying for thanks again MSE
