I found these two articles and the following file on my computer - currently trying to get work to delete it

Not everything is publicised on Halifax's website, in particular in regards to Telephone Banking. For example Halifax has a £2500 Faster Payments limit which is not detailed on their website but can be found here.

Unfortunately I cannot provide an online source for being able to change address via Telephone Banking. I can only advise from experience. It may seem like a cop out but call them and ask - 08457 20 30 40 (*0 to speak with an advisor).
