Missold PPI - Broker in liquidation HELP

Disappointed to report FSCS claim that they haven't received my Initial Enquiry Questionnaire despite being emailed it so it looks like I'm back to square one.
Very frustrating.
:mad: sorry to hear that, that is indeed very frustrating, so I take it they have sent you another?
Did you post it by recorded delivery?;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I emailed it! I posted a hard copy last night but just sent it first class. Will give them a call tomorrow to see if they received it.
Poor customer service though. You'd think by emailing it you would eliminate the need to send it via Royal Mail.T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!

Ashamed to say that I haven't sent the form yet but I was just wondering...do the FSCS have access to the paperwork from a company in default? I ask as I don't have any paperwork from the firm and don't want to trip myself up regarding salary etc at the time.T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!

Hi there
I think they try to request for the details, but the lender and not the broker should supply them anyway, as its all the same paperwork.;)
Even though its the broker they are pursuing the lender will have the details. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Ah, of course. I have a copy of the original loan document so I'm still confident.T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!

Fingers crossed. I feel like a bit of an idiot for agreeing to the PPI now and I'm a bit nervous about the FSCS application as, of course, we agreed to the policy albeit railroaded into it.T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!

We have all been there, so not to worry, and I certainly would not worry about the FSCS application either, remember you were pressurised into taking it out, this is a common complaint the FSCS are used to and have paid out because of it.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Right...quick Q!
Deloitte wrote to me today asking for evidence in my dealings with Magic Loans. I did provide a letter from Nemo expressedly telling me to deal with Magic directly with any PPI grievances as they were the broker but I don't have any correspondence on Magic letterhead.
Surely this is enough? I just tried calling Deloitte but must have just missed them!T-Mobile Default - Default removed thanks to CISAS intervention!
