With kids your money is never your own!!!
We were just saying last night that it isn't too bad economising now with the kids being young (obviously baby formula isn't something we can economise on!) but once the twins get a year or two older it will be hard when they want to go to ballet/karate/whatever classes and we have to say no due to finances.
However, if you waited to have kids until you could actually afford them we'd all be rolling up for a spot of IVF at 70 once we'd saved enough!Est. debt free day April 2016 (ish) Debt at June 2010 £34,247.13Debt at Dec 2011 £27,499.09 (19.7% paid off)Working together with DH on our debts (twindad07)Long haulers supporters DFW #2560 -

We have been really lucky this time around as our twins are boy/girl so we knew we'd have a full wardrobe for the baby either way and i used cloth nappies with the twins so just reused those this time so nappies aren't an expense now (I did treat him to a few new nappies but bought on ebay using money gained from selling my old designer maternity clothes).
I have just had an email from one of the exam boards and have been accepted as an examiner but on a waiting list to actually get work so it might not happen this year or next but at least I am on the list. I think DH is going to stick in an application tonight so he can go on the waiting list too.
DH has been out at a network meeting for heads of maths in the county and mentioned that I am looking for part time work - 3 schools have asked for my details so hopefully something will come from that. The in laws have offered to try to go up to 2 days a week down here so things seem to be looking up a lot! If I could do 2 days work so that would hopefully bring in £800/£900 per month (but would effect working tax credits) so almost make up our current shortfall but once we have been able to make some cuts then we might end up with the income/outcome balance tipping the right way. However, the schools are interviewing for full time this week but aren't too hopeful about the pool they are interviewing so I would be more of a fall back. Even if they come to nothing at least it gives me hope there might be other schools/colleges out there who might want meEst. debt free day April 2016 (ish) Debt at June 2010 £34,247.13Debt at Dec 2011 £27,499.09 (19.7% paid off)Working together with DH on our debts (twindad07)Long haulers supporters DFW #2560 -

One of the schools DH spoke to yesterday has just rung and asked me to come in on Thursday. The school is in special measures but I am not too phased by that at the moment. As for the clicking thing get an Argos catalogue;) its good for ideas
There is quite a few tips on how to speed up clicking ,
using Firefox web browser(its free) and having the clearing the private data thing set up right so you only have to enter items once and keep using them (but try to add a lot of items)
and set up some spam email accounts (yahoo,Gmail,Hotmail etc) and do some of the no spends(no purchace) things
Fatcheese is a good one:T, Maya and "T" (the site owners) are good:APROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT NERD #869Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying. Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  &
