I've just rang Tesco CC and Barclaycard CC, both pointless calls
Tesco just said no straight away.
Barclaycard informed me that my APR had actually gone up in May to 21.9%, when I asked why the guy couldn't tell me - it is the Barclaycard system?
I asked could it be reduced again and he said no, that they review the account regularly but would never go down only up!!
When I asked him what I could do to avoid it going up again - ie what criteria the system uses, he couldn't tell me.
But then he said ring back in a couple of months and they might be able to do something then!!!

But on the plus side my Tesco CC APR is only 18.3% and I thought it was 20%!

All cards are grrr why not overpay some of the highe apr while the other is lower it will help make the minimum payment take a bigge chunk off.
