Vodafone UK“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Vodafone. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
Kath,
Thanks for the reply, however as I've already said, I ended up arranging something via the Director's Office after Martin from the Web Team told me that it wasn't possible for me to switch to 1GB without losing all of my minutes to landlines. What I am querying is why that statement is in your mobile internet announcement since it doesn't seem to apply to people who are on the right plan with the right phone to qualify for the swap.
What's the point of putting in an annoucement that your customers can do something, when it turns out that they can't despite the right conditions being met?Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0
