No, it isn't bullying, he is simply being asked to back up an assertion he made in a very rude and provocative manner. He then posted a link which did not in any way back his point, at which time his posting style descended even further downhill.

I never use the ignore button, if you wish to do so that is your prerogative.

My final point and I'll leave alone

Definition of bullying here in first paragraph. personally I think some should consider there own postings and replies. It is a choice to keep replying to these types of post, noone forces you

Some are not asking him to back up assertions they are simply replying to insults with other insults

That is a definition of workplace bullying. Below is another definition

blustery: noisily domineering; tending to browbeat others

AUK, is equally guilty of that, so no one is actually served well by bringing the term into play. It is an example of a not particularly pleasant or productive slide to a thread, but it is tit for tat, not bullying.

He called me a pig - is name calling not bullying?? If you ignore it does it make the bullies go away? No, I tend to stand up to people like that.

But then I stopped doing it, as it wasn't much sport :D

As for reporting abusive posts, its one area where, IMO, MSE isn't to hot on following up on - never mind though, hopefully good decorum will once again descend upon our little corner of MSE;)

OK, that does it for me now, no reasonable "adult" would have posted that, you are either having MH/personality disorder issues (in which case I sympathise and apologise for anything I have posted which caused you aggravation) or you are a troll, a word I rarely use, because it is rarely true.

Here, only one or the other of those explanations could be correct. I will not place you on ignore, but will no longer engage with you. Either way you need help, now.

Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! For Caroline my Goddess.
