No you argumentative cow
So you have absolutely nothing whatsoever to support your claims.
At what stage are you going to tell us thay they were purely a figment of your over used imagination ? & that you were confusing what you wanted to happen in AnthonyUk World, with the Real World.0 -
Whilst I don't agree that children should be taken out of school to go on holiday to Florida, I find it an absolute scandal that parents are penalised by the holiday companies if they do stick to the rules and then criminalised for simply wishing to leave the country for two weeks a year if they don't.
The government, (whoever it may be, I'm not favouring Labour or libcons here), should be dealing with the REAL issue here and preventing holiday companies inflating the cost of a holiday (by 500% in this case) when there is only a 5 day difference in the days the OP wishes to go and the days the holiday company are offering at the reduced price.
As the partner of a teacher, I have given up the ghost of being able to afford a holiday ever again, because the difference in price is simply a joke.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. So, no links then to back up your assertion that school places have been/will be lost or parents jailed for taking a term time holiday What a surprise.
The link you give is area specific, and the times specified are times when no reasonable parent would take a child out of school anyway. So no major issues there.
Do you have anything else? if not, the assertion are still unfounded.0 -

Picking on me again,fine.
Anthony me old fruitbat, noone is picking on anyone, although one particular poster on this thread has been astonishingly rude, bad mannered, unpleasant and insulting.
What poet (& others) have asked on several occassions, is for you to post some links supporting your (in some peoples eyes) fanciful claIms about jailing parents for taking their children on holiday in school term time.0 -
