Ah Belfast, custardy talks quite fondly of that great graveyard across the waters.
They may well go back to the OP especially if there is any sort of packing slip inside, however tickets are valueless once the concert is over so I suspect getting them back is a tad irrelevant to the poor OP.
If the buyer knows their rights then they will get a refund from paypal and seller will lose out.
Always use the paypal address, never take any notice at all of the ebay one, it is completely irrelevant.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I am sorry, I didn't actually mean to sound snipey with what I said there, just re-read it & it sounds really nasty.I'm sorry but why do people pay extra for special delivery & not put their return address on it? Or on anything for that matter. I know that isn't what you want to hear.
I'm guessing that they were pretty expensive.
Did you check your email from Paypal to make sure that she hasn't changed her Paypal address since she paid for the item?0 -

The paypal notification page you see when you log in to check buyer details wouldn't change even if buyer later changes their address.
The OP has confirmed that the paypal address was not the one used anyway, it was the ebay one the tickets were sent to.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. No not really, in fact the rules have actually got more understandable. It's like anything really, you need to make sure you know exactly what you are doing before you do it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thats not the impression I have got from a lot of posts on here.A lot of sellers seem to think that it is now easier for scammers to operate and it has put me off a bit.
I don't think a situation should be allowed to happen where ebay send you a different address to paypal.I feel sorry for Jennifer.0
