The CCCS Debt Remedy it totally anonymous, so how would they get your details? Unless you have gone ahead with the DMP recommendation and completed your personal details there is nothing on Debt Remedy to pin point who you are.
No they are not part of CCCS and CCCCS would not pass your details on.

Hi, another question sorry! How do you know that creditors have accepted your DMP? Do they write to you or do CCCS tell you? I have only had one creditor acknowledge my DMP and say they don't agree, the others have just sent the usual letters/made the usual phone calls with no mention of it!0

Hi
Some will write to you and inform you that they have accepted your DMP but most will just set your payments to the amount offered via CCCS and these payments will show on your next statement, also if interest is set to 0% thats another indication that they have accepted.DMP mutual support thread member:3270 -

IT does sound a bit strange, unless it's National Debtline? http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/ in which case, they would send out an info pack, but only if you asked for it!DMP mutual support thread No: 2430 -
I did click the button on CCCS to enter into a plan after I received the initial emailed document from them but that was on Tuesday and the 1st text of Debt-Line was on Sunday morning. Thanks for the info I shall continue to ignore the texts and put the pack they sent me in the bin.0

Hi
My DMP is going better than expected. today i recieved a letter from Nationwide CC saying they have issued me a pre debt collection notice. it says I must pay up in full or they are going to get KPR debt collection to recover the full amount. Has anyone had the same letter?? or have any advise to give????
Nationwide gave me a six month interest suspended if I keep payments upto date. i have even increased my payment during this period.
Thanks in advance for the replies.....DMP Support Member366Debt Feb 2010:£20292:eek:Debt Sept 2014 : 0 :T0 -

Ignore them. My Nationwide debt is now with KPR which is their own in-house debt collection service. Every so often I get similar letters from KPR asking for full payment. I wrote them one letter saying I was on DMP and quoted CCCS ref no. I've received other letters saying they may take me to court etc etc but I ignore them and they keep taking the DMP payment at 0% interest. The latest letter asked for an increase in my DMP payment - they just love to try it on. Any increase will be made through CCCS as well they know:mad:DeeBee0 -

You could try ringing CCCS - see here: http://www.cccs.co.uk/InfoCentre/NonUKresidents.aspxDMP mutual support thread No: 2430
