This is the up to date member list. The four new members are included. I took over this list because I think having a number helps some people.

All I ask in return is that the newbies stick around for a bit, ask questions, give us updates and eventually give some advice. Because I look at the list and there's not many that do stick around (although they may watch from the sidelines lol).

Hi, everyone

Managed to speak to the CCCS who were extraordinarily helpful and sensible and am starting my DMP in April now. Have only had an email from them requesting extra information but nothing else. Do they send a letter out giving you information about who is being paid what amount?

Have no money till Tuesday and most of that needs to be used to pay bills and food is running a bit low. I'm going to have to get creative, I think.

As far as letters to creditors go, the CCCS sent me a template over as a PDF document which of course, I can't edit. Is it worth typing it out so I don't gave to write my name on it, just type it?

Am feeling quite low at the moment.

Sorry you are feeling low, it can be overwhelming. You have done a really brave and positive thing in looking towards sorting out your debts, well done for that. You're also not alone, and there are lots of us who have been/are going through this and understand how hard it is.

If you have any queries about what will happen, please don't hesitate to contact CCCS, they are very helpful. With the template letters, is there any way you can copy and paste the contents to transfer it into a Word doc? Or maybe call CCCS and ask if they can they email it to you in Word format?

You will find out the amounts that CCCS have offered to your creditors. They will send you a DMP pack with details of your budget, the payments that will sent to your creditors and lots of general helpful info.

Have you got food in your frreezer or cupboards that you can keep you going until Tuesday?

Hang on in there and remember there is a lot of support on this site. Also CCCS are on the end of the phone if you need questions answered. I've just started a DMP with the them and have found them very helpful. Take care and be kind to yourself.
