Just noticed I've got my 'sherriff's medal' (as SW called it) When did that happen?

Maybe you should go and sort a few trolls Pixie :rotfl:

I've really got to go now and carry on sorting out my new 'office'. I've still loads of stuff from uni which I need to sort through and file/throw away/books to put on ebay. The same with the mountains of resources I've got.

    Have a good day.

Good for the figure, Pixie. All this exercise!

And congratulations on getting your star - although you already are a star to us, especially for all that tr*** bashing!

    Good morning everyone.

So the trolls are still at it then?
Not had the chance to take a look yet, just came home from my dr's appointment.

I have to go back next week unfortunately they are not happy with my BP, its high again and they have now given me more bp meds to take on top of other ones already taking.
Next week I will be having a ECG, Bloods (again) and must give the first morning sample, however I am putting it all down to stress with lots been going on.

Hope your all well my friends.;)

Hi thanks for replying but I suspect you've missed other peoples responses that you need to monitor accounts, not access so it would be near impossible to report email addresses. the theory that gmail and hotmail are good is not true. Maybe on some forums it works, but your cooking forum will not have 10,000 new users a day and the part about monitoring 5-10 posts just doesn't work.

Good theory but a little far fetched considering the actual sheer size of MSE. :o

Here here to the nasty bullie remark.

No the cooking site I moderate is huge its part of a well known British Brodcasting... anyhoo.

We get LOADS of new users, but in order to sign up you need to provide an email we have over 30 Mods who work differnt parts of the day and if someone is caught spamming etc we take note of the email address and once a day send an email off to hotmail. and google. It works a treat.

We have it set up on the system that any new user is moderated for the first 10-20 posts therefore their posts dont get published until one of us approves them for posting :)

MSE isn't the biggest site going, trust me and other forums are able to regulate.

    Hi Di,

Really sorry to hear abou your BP.

You have had so much to put up with over the last few weeks - let's just hope that everything settles down now. I am sure as soon as it does your BP will plummet.

    Here's hoping for you!

    Hi Fermi,

In recognition of the work Niddy has done and the help and support he's provided to thousands, can you not arrange for his thread to become a sticky?

    That's a brilliant idea, Libbyjade.

Especially as so many more people are going to have to use the templates, rather than be able to straight to the "fount of all knowledge"!;);)

And I, for one, will never forget the day when Niddy came to my rescue. Words fail me to actually describe it!

    Good morning everyone.

Don't know what to say really this morning.....probably still in shock .

Great post Ann, and I totally agree with everything you said.

When you read through all the threads and posts it makes you realise that Niddy was thought of with great esteem. I hope he realises that.
