Mornin' Chaps and Chapesses! Been catchin' up on the thread and wow, I'm gonna need a rest. Did anyone watch the Ghana/Uraguay game last night, how unlucky were the Ghanians? what a scramble right at the end :eek:
And Murray, unlucky, result doesn't reflect how well he played

NID's mate, I know I speak for a lot of ppl when I say your help on here has been life changing. I for one now have a different outlook on things and don't worry as much as I used to and I thank you for that. I can feel the old me coming back (no pun intended)

What you've done on your thread will give thousands of ppl the courage to "spank the bankers" and ease their money worries. I KNOW with the help of your templates I WILL continue my own battle with them, in fact I'm now starting to give the postman grief if he has nothing for me! ....(where the fcuk is my post mr Postie!!) I no longer have that "fear" and you've done that for me, THANK YOU!

I can't imagine what it must be like having so many people depending on you for advice and help. You've done enough mate, there's not a lot more you can do, people will use your templates for years to come. More importantly, the people I've met on here, their lives, the jokes, the banter.......long after my banks have been spanked I'll still be coming here to laugh and chat with my friends and it wouldn't be the same if your not here. I don't care about the "unenforcibility" thing, don't do that anymore if it's taking too much of your time. I want you here because your NID's and not because of bank spanking skills.

    That is so lovely, Fitzer!

And I echo every word of it - especially the bit about wanting NID for himself and not because of what he has done for us!

    Morning everyon,

Just having a quick "catch-up" with all the posts I missed after heading off to bed last night.

Am off to the supermarket soon, so apologies if I don't get round to answering all of them personally until later.

Di, I just hope that your Dad gets settled and is made comfortable and pain-free. I am sure that your mum's condition is due to the stress of worrying about him!

Fitzer, I will be watching the tennis rather than the football! I think it makes me disloyal to "my" team - but I don't think I could bear to watch a whole football game!

It's funny isn't it? We are all so different but he has inspired all of us! I thought it was a lovely message too. I hope he has a fantastic weekend and chills for a couple of days. Real life is difficult enough. He is the most altruistic person i have met in quite a while. He is up there with my heroes. It is very humbling.

Sorry havent been on here for a couple of days and as always there is loads to catch up with, but you know what its like life takes over. i am saddened by the news that Nid is leaving I feel we have lost a great friend. You cant live your life through other folks so i completely understand his decision to back off. He really is amazing and I can remember when i first answered a DCA on the phone as they had been rining me at work the scumbags. i thought i was gonna die with hyperventilating but Nid, ann and friends were here to calm me down and eventually i got to quite like them ringing me so i could p!!s them off. When indeed I do get my A into G and send off the templates at least I will have them on here to send thanks to all his hard work:T nid all the best and try to keep in touch on here now and then. SW that summary of this fast moving thread was great as i personnally cannot get on here every day thanks for that. Have a lovely day everyone and see ya later.

    Good morning my friends.

Managed to get some shut eye in the end.

My hubby have taken my youngest beach/sea fishing to give me a little break, they left at 5 am this morning , I'm sure it will help my son settle to sleep tonight with the sea air.;)

Thank you all for your lovely kind words.

I don't know how dad is yet today, as they are assessing him at the care home and said they would ring either me or mum maybe after mid day and again let us know if we can visit later today, we do hope so, we think he could do with familiar faces to help settle him back down again.

Anyway, its a lovely day today, have anyone any exciting plans on the agenda?:j

Hallo girlies, just woke up. Put chicken in oven. Am starving. No packing done yet. Might start it later. I am soooo tired. I have realised i have one cooked meal a week and even then i don't really have veggies. Maybe peas! I used to be such a health freak, gym daily, sauna, jogging - what have i turned into????

Di are you far from the sea? I always find it helps me to think when i am sitting on a beach. Water scares me though. Partly due to Jaws (amazing film and book), and also because of its power.

Yummy all this food talk is making me hungry too :D;).

I used to be like that SW, and aerobics every other day, and my food was always salads, fruit and vegetables, and rarely chocolate bars, apart from cereal bars.:D

We are not actually that far from the sea really, we have Barry, Porthcawl etc, although I do prefer the lovely sea in the South West of the country, such as Cornwall.

I don't mind it, but do not like those dingys, very dangerous I think.
