Nah, didn't get anything and the self-serve tils weren't open! I'm at a "hot-desk" in London, Half the attendees won't arrive til 2ish so I've a bit of spare time! Warm and muggy here, not a big fan of this weather, could do with a heavy storm to clear the air.

I actually like the hot weather - but I am not at work and neither am I in London!

I'm very well today, thanks. But glad that all that drinking was virtual! Looking forward to watching the tennis shortly.

I agree it is not an easy option, Nanna. And not a decision taken lightly!

Just think of all the interest the banks have had from you over the years.

I think I took this option because there was no way I was going to get it paid off in my lifetime - or, indeed, after - given the way house prices are going, plus all the extra "add-ons" the banks manage to find!

Why don't you take an incremental view? Have a look at UE, assess the options and then take it from there? I know Niddy will look after you well and you can always share your experiences with everyone on here - avoiding the phone calls, dealing with the various stuff in the post, etc. It is SO helpful to know that you are not alone on this.

But, it has to be your decision, Nanna.

    End of lecture!

Application finished and about to be posted.

I'm off shortly to visit the last school I taught at because it's their summer fair. I hope they hold it on the field so that I can get my sunshine fix :D

I'll probably get all emotional seeing my ex-pupils. :o

    Oh bless, Pixie.

Perhaps they may find a vacancy for you? Except I realise that it doesn't work like that!
