Been talking about my lovely dad on the phone with mum, we was talking about how independent he used to be and always put others first.

When I seen him yesterday, he thought I was his little girl again and he said "come on then, lets go for our walks"
He used to take all us kids (8 of us) plus a friend each - for long walks to give mum a rest, we loved it and we always went as far as the top of the mountain to what we called our special tree, as we used to climb it, and there was a huge branch coming off it, where we all used to sit in a line, we called it a "swing tree", it was so great.

One of my brother's, who is autistic used to climb all the way to the top......, always got back down okay though.:D

And when we got home dad then made his home made special chips, then sit us down and tell us stories.
Such lovely memories......I love him soooooo much.:)

And I am sure he loves you equally as much, Di.

Which is why is has such happy memories of yor childhood - which I am sure you will cherish.

I haven't had time to look through all today's posts but I assume you've got 18/18 unenforceable debts? Well done Niddy!!!

    Thanks Pixie.

4 of the CCAs never arrived but Niddy assures me that they are unenforceable! And, yes indeed, well done Niddy!:A

They are in default, not unenforceable (as such) so the same rule applies, no action can be taken whilst they are in default of your s.78 request - but no rush, we'll start to force action from the last 4 soon enough! Will be back tonight and sort this amex thing.... ;)

Have a nice day everyone.

Just didn't want to sound too complacent - counting chickens, pride coming before the fall, and all that stuff! And I just KNEW that you would have the matter under control!

No rush re the Amex thing - I waited absoluely weeks for them to come back to me. (Probably taking them that long to compose that big reply - and getting it wrong!:rotfl:)

If that happens i'll stop! :rotfl::rotfl:

Oh dear, we really can't have that - you stopping posting, I mean!

I was being naive in my welcome! Am now going to take back my thanks.

We can't do without you, Niddy - and I don't just mean me!

PS. Are you going to be cheering for Murray this afternoon? He has been playing exceptionally well, but I just wish he would stop pulling those dreadful faces!
