    Morning all,

Think I am probably the last one up!

Haven't just crawled out of bed (honestly!) but have been doing other things.

Am still feeling quite elated over the news of last night and glad that all that drinking was virtual.

And the sun is STIll shining. And there is the prospect of some really good tennis matches this afternoon!

    Have a good day, everybody!

go here -http://lurkertech.com/buzzword-bingo/ and print. At your meeting try and say words from the sheet. Whoever gets a line across/full house then you win. You need at least 2 ppl to play and it's important that the other ppl do not know you're playing.

    Hi Fitzer,

A colleague and I used to play something similar in my working days! The difference was that we thought of (totally inappropriate!) words which the other person had to bring up during the course of the meeting! Can't remember many details but I know John Lewis was one of the challenges gave her- and she managed to get it in - totally out of context!

hi amanda my father in law another straight talking man used to call his wifes mother "the old f-ing cow" and they used to have such battles he had the same humour as Nid but if you needed him he was the best and first to help you. He was there for her in the end when she had a very slow and painful end but still having a bit of black humour with her even then. So really I think he was just speaking out loud. Lots of peeps think stuff that is not very PC but dont dare say it we have gone a bit PC mad in this country, and it can be a way of coping in a difficult situation .Nid did post later on that he was very pleased the lady in question was finally getting help. He is quite clearly a loving father and husband and if he had to face what i had to years ago he would be such a strong character I can tell he would move heaven and earth for his family. Thanks for your comments and you are entitled to your opnion as well cos we live in a country where we can without being tortured or shot but lets leave it at that have a good day yourself.

    Hi Jinny,

    This so beautifully expressed - I couldn't agree more1

Welcome to our little group, Amanda. Hope you keep posting!
