Frightened about my future - part 2.

Morning everyon,
Good to hear from everyone and to see that Jinny and Pixie have found their way here! Now I think we have heard from all our good friends so the change of location is not a problem.
Jinny, really sorry to hear about your neighbour. It has put all my whingein about my neighbours and their untidiness into perspective! And Niddy is so right, it is really her family's responsibility. But I agree that it is not a very agreeable topic to address.
It rained overnight (or very early morning!) but the sun is shining again and it is already very hot. Long may it continue!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Got rather drunk (again!) on Sunday and spent all yesterday in bed (read one and a half boooks.) Still feel horrible today so maybe I've picked up a bug and it wasn't all hangover. I hope I'm feeling better soon because I've loads to do.0

It was absolutely pouring down during the night and it's grey and horrible now, no sign of the sun at all.0

Oh dear, Pixie,
I expect you were drowning your sorrows after the football! Hope it doesn't turn out to be a bug!
I felt a big fragile yesterday and blamed the heat (rather the wine I drank on Sunday!) Watched the tennis - Murray is doing very well, I suspect Niddy may well be pleased about that!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
Oooh pixie I hate hangovers thats why i try not tp indulge too much. Thank you both of you. Yes, I was drowning my sorrows but I had no intention of drinking too much after feeling so rough last week. I don't drink much at all these days. I'm going to go back to bed for an hour to see if I feel any better later.0

Gosh, just woke up. Jinny you poor thing. It must be so difficult. Oh my gosh, i will pray for you.
Pixie i prescribe rest, water, Jeremy Kyle. Good luck.
Good to see everyone back. Only Toile, Lady Moneypenny and Chattie to find (Chattie lives by me, and is on hols for another week lucky girl) and the girls from Elsie and Dear Nanna's thread. (See i know cos i love them).
Mr George we have male company for you - Swanfan and Fitz and Mr Nid of course.
It is overcast here. I cannot find my summer anorak! It will be sunny immediately after the rain though according to the BBC. All is well. But have a huge headache, i think it is dehydration.
When is this football over? Who is winning at the mo? Are England still in the World Cup? All the men at work and the students said England's playing was abysmal and they are quite upset.
Anyhow off i pootle to get ready. I have been doing lots of (unpaid) extra hours this week as my kiddies are leaving. Oh no i hope i dont get all emotional on Friday. I will have to eat Minstrels to compensate.
I do hope today is a good day.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hi SW
England are out - they were gubbed (as predicted by Niddy) at the weekend, in fact I even got the correct score in one bet
Nobody is "winning" - but Brazil will win outright, in around 1-2 weeks.... Its quarter finals, then you have semis and the final is on 11th July (I think?)
Right now the English are cheering on the Scot at tennis - sorry, I mean the Brit, well you know who I mean - Andy Murray (such an English name no?) :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll
Niddy - Over & Out
