    Hi Ann

I only want that "conditions" thing that they claim was on the reverse! I am only interested in anything linked within the signatory page - so all I want is whatever they claim (or you know) was on the reverse of that application form (yes, that form you signed).

    Make sense? lol

    Sorry Niddy,

I read this after I scanned and sent you all the conditions!

    So, please ignore those.

When they first replied to my CCA request, the conditions document was on the reverse of the signature sheet. This time they sent it separately. (Not sure whether this will make any difference?)

They also highlighted some sections - which I have outlined in my email and PM as it can't be seen on the scan.

Sorry to be dense about this - blame the heat, or my age!

    Hi Niddy,

I am off out now - a bit cheeky, I know, when you have been doing all this work on my behalf;)

I will be back later but I think any questions would best be left until tomorrow - I cannot guarantee my state of mind when I get back. I blame the heat!

Thanks again for all the hard work:A

How is England doing? Have we caught up? I heard cheering on my street earlier. Will it upset people if i mow the grass? I was watching Poirot and v good it is too.

Di poor son! There are lots of bad people about but some good ones too maybe it will be handed in. I once gave up my seat on a train for a pregnant lady and dropped my wallet on a Portsmouth train. I didnt realise. The chap that found it called my bank and came to meet me in London to give it back and it had 3 credit cards and £1000 cash in it. He would not take a reward but took me out for a meal. How cool is that!!!!

    Thank you SW.;)

We called into town into the Orange shop and they were very helpful, another SIM is on its way with no charge, and for now he has a cheap pay as you go for £15.;)

Blimey, that was a close shave SW, glad there are still some nice decent people in the world to have handed it in.:T

WOW, he taken you out for a meal........that was so sweet of him.:D:j:beer:
