Why are you getting so indignant about this?

IMO getting wound up about something this much is a sign of guilt somewhere. Is it because early on in this thread you were perhaps giving these rip-off merchants a little too much leeway?

and this has to do with you? why?

I am getting wound up by a bunch of self-obsessed narcasists. I, myself lost nothing as we were not naive enough to accept their explanations for the chain of events but sadly others were.

There has been a lot of people coming out with i told you so, etc etc etc but as no one knew who the IPG crew were their answers/solutions were circumspect.

This thread was dead and buried until recently when some amateur detective work took place (again). It had already been posted that IPG were active, albeit another company.

Old coals are being raked over and over by people who have nothing better to do - actually I dont have anything better to do, its half term and I am back in the UK for a break!
  • This is a public forum and people are entitled to voice their opinions in any way they like as long as they adhere to the rules which are plain to see.

There is no requirement for registered posters to be some "fully qualified legal experts, accountants and CAB advisors, not know it alls!"

If people are worried that any opinions or advice offered is suspect then they are most welcome to seek and pay for professional advice. When considering selling a property, or anything else for that matter, one should most definitely seek advice from parties other than anonymous berks on the internet!

p.s. I have found your mis-spellings and malapropisms most entertaining, so thanks!

    Calm down.

Not sure what the problem is?

These guys are a scam its pretty simple to see that.

Any any other company that charges you a fee before you sell your house is obviously a scam.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

It is my belief that ML started this site to help people with money saving issues, car insurance/house insurance issues, not as a platform for people to spout.

People came here by co-incidence (posting originally by Bettyboop) about IPG, there has been some serious belittling, hilarity at peoples expense and in some cases wishing bodily harm on others - ref RAYBONDA.

Upon browsing other threads in the forum, this one is not the only one to be placed in the unsavoury category, due to reasons stated above.

All that was asked at the start was for information on the company, not what transpired!

No guilt is taken onboard by myself, we smelled a rat and would not pay their fees, thankfully it did not cost anything other than fingernails and some stress (compounded by this site). Everyone involved is aledgedly a responsible adult and responsible for their actions, whether to pay or not to pay IPG fees! Yes, I have said they were professional, I am sure this was posted by another also, they returned calls (although some did take a while), they were polite but very pushy salesmen and since posting began we have discovered certain other details such as their address was a mail drop etc.

I also am guessing that the likes of bitter and twisted, who has never owned a home, know nothing on the subject of house buying. He/she/it does actually have nothing better to do with itself than go around trying to push his opinions onto others - there may be a spelling mistake here/there, but sadly you can be classed as one of lifes mistakes.

I bet they did return calls, especially if you sounded interested.

If I worked there I would return your call up until the point where I had your money then I wouldent care how many times you called.

That the whole point of the scam, gain trust sound too good to be true get the money and run. It just another boilerroom, but not with shares but with houses.

Same as those "Youve won the Libyan Lottery" send £500 to claim your winnings. As soon as you pay then your put on the suckers list.

Yes, you are totally correct in what you are saying.

We were one of the first to be targeted, although it appears that they were keeping us hanging around (for reasons only known to them). We even got to the stage of paperwork being passed to their apparant solicitors

You could be altogether correct about all of that but why does it appear to matter to you so much? I doubt that anyone reading any of this really cares what kind of insults you are attempting to fling at me or people like me. I certainly don't but I am curious about why are attaching such import to it all.

You patently have alerts set up so you know when anyone posts on this thread because you pop up sometimes within nanoseconds. A nosy or an idle person with nothing better to do could be forgiven for asking themselves why.

and the importance of this to you is?

The same applies to you with regards to the alerts, although you definatly do not have anything better to do than sit here and spout your opinions at others. Now that you have told me they exist ......

    thanks!
  • This may come as a surprise, but people other than yourself are allowed an opinion on this subject. Especially given your record of having got it so spectacularly wrong from the start (and then deleted your posts). So it is a bit rich that you now talk like the only authority on the subject, with wild insults against anyone with views different to your own. Most of us said this was a scam from day one, but you demanded these criminals be given a chance, and time to commit their crimes.
    Been away for a while.
  • 'snotted' I love it. I've never heard this expression before, i'm guessing it needs no explanation. i shall definitely be using it in the near future. x x
