EMAIL I SENT
Following our meeting last week regarding Rightacres Property Co Ltd.
I am very upset and annoyed that it was taken from me and given to Jay after spending alot of time on the sale. I understand that Jay has more experience than I have, but I worked hard on it and spent many hours putting the sale together. I am upset because after all the time I put into the sale, I have not received any of the profit, which has all gone to Jay even though he did nothing towards getting the sale. Everything was complete apart from awaiting the customer to come in a sign the contract so I have done everything for it.
I know why you moved it to Jay, but I think that I should still have the commission for getting the lines in in the first place even if Jay then deals with the customer in the future and for any additional lines or upgrades that may come along. With this sale I would have achieved my profit target, and because it was taken away from me I will not be paid the commission that I have earned.

For the avoidance of any doubt regarding the "ownership" of this customer, Paul is a neighbour of mine.
Back at the start of the summer I did a tariff review for him and I made a proposal to adopt the Sharetime Tariffs. As you may have identified, he is a very busy chap and it has taken him a while to come back to us.
On the basis that this is a "Business Customer" that I wish to oversee due to the relationship that exists outside of the office, I gave instructions to Gaynor that this account should be managed by a senior member of staff.
I do not believe that you have spent "many hours" on the sale and therefore the loss to you is not commensurate with your exaggerated claims on the effort you have put into this customer.
In this instance there is a pre-existing relationship and a commercial decision has been made in the best interests of the Customer.

the story with being dismissed: I done a big deal seeling a contract with vodafone for a business making about £1500 profit. it was taken from as they did not think i was capable of doing it in months down the line when they started questions about how to use email and things like that on the PDA. I was told by my line manager that i could get the profit back, this did not happen. so i wrote the email that i posted and the reply. 10 minutes before the day ended i was called into office to be informed my performance was not up to standard and my employment would be terminted as of now. i will be paid a week in lieu and to leave the office straight away.
I was unable to take anything from my desk apart from my personal belongings.0 -

The Draenog pub's really nice and not rough at all! If I wasn't so knackered from my f/t job and running around like a looney after other half and family, I'd work there too.....!

Hiya,
Have you considered doing an Administration Order. Basically its done through the courts. You have to fill in a form listing your incomings/outgoings/arrears/savings etc. You then specify how much you can afford to pay the court on a monthly basis. The court will then split the payment between the debtors. You have to have more outgoings than incomings and you have to make a decleraton/oath (hand on bible etc). The debtors are not allowed to then enter into correspondence with you at all once the order is in place. The court will write to the companies on your behalf and they have 16 days to accept or reject to them being put on the order. If you do this then it will free up alot of your income, you will make one regular monthly payment to the court, and then you will pay your normal household bills, water, rent etc. I think this stays on your credit file for a number of years. Do a google search, i hope this helps you.Working on my debts..I have set myself a goal to get things sorted by xmas 2007.
