For fraudulent transactions a CoP is enough, in fact, this is all they will accept. So you MUST keep them for 180 days.

And it would get thrown out of court easily, as unless the seller had date and time stamped CCTV taping the buyer collecting the goods, how could they prove that it was collected from the sellers premises?If I were you, I'd request the name and address of the account holder that bought the TV, and send them a recorded delivery letter stating that they purchased your TV on ebay, which they collected on <date, time>, and they now owe you the sum of £300, and have 14 days to pay the money owed. Let them know that failure to pay this money will result in court action.0 -
