Better print a copy out for your gearbox then, nothing else appears to have fixed them.

Two of the customer reviews (out of four) on the first page on the web site you quoted

"The car has now had both its engine and gearbox replaced (after 22,000 miles). Fortunately, the work was completed under warranty (£7,000 worth). "

    and

"In relation to its age and cost, it is the worst car I have ever purchased in just under 30 years of motoring."

No need to print a copy out for my gearbox as I don't own a Honda Jazz.:p

If they are that bad how come they have come first in the JD Power supermini survey for reliability and owner satisfaction for seven years running, it would seem that the majority of owners are very happy with them.

Which says a lot more than for the Peugeot 106 that you are running.

They are, anybody that drives a Peugeot 106 is not really in a position to make critical comments about other cars.:D

My Honda dealer has only ever had one gearbox failure out of over 3000 Honda Jazz's that he has sold.

That was outside of warranty, but replaced under goodwill by Honda.;)

Your review Honda Jazz- Avoid… Pre-2003 cars
