Don't have a clue what happened to Toe Jam but you never get credit checked on an ugprade. I can only assume he is on a simplicity restriction preventing him from upgrading to a contract until 6 months has passed or the store haven't understood what he wanted.
yes i'm on simplicity iphone, and i've been a customer 8 months, and it was with retentions they said the computer wasn't allowing me to upgrade cause i wasn't passing a credit check with experian, those where the exact words.
I've just seen the new iphone tariffs, so i'll stay on what i've got now, blessing in disguise really. O2 have went from the cheapest network to the most expensive.0
