Library is 24 hours for the right people

(eg those of us who can't finish things within normal opening hours anyway :rotfl:)

Anyway, I realise it's 10pm, and I also realise I haven't written this dratted email yet, but I'm feeling the need to announce that I have actually, finally, finished the damn PHD.

Don't want to get too excitable, as I can still get it back with a few suggested changes at this point, but it's ready to email to the examiner (once I've written the darn email, that is) :j :j I'm feeling mildly celebratory, and completely worn out.

Email email email email then library then I'll be back

Erm, I haven't actually started on my homework yet as I had to drive to the other side of town to give someone a birthday card and then practice music for an hour, but I'm not going to bed until I've done it if you've managed that in a day! :rotfl:

Not counting chickens yet - this has just gone informally to the examiner for him to see if there's anything else he wants me to do before I submit formally. So I can, and probably will, still get it back at some point in the next few days/couple of weeks - hopefully if there *are* changes to make they'll be very small.

That way, when I submit it properly, I know I won't get the damn thing back again.

So this is a fabulous achievement, but we're not quite there, but we nearly are! :j :j :j :j

Still got to go to the library <yawn> Going to pop into late night shop for treats And might just pop to the station - can't see me being best pleased when I'm waiting for my train at 7.30 tomorrow morning, and I'll be even less impressed if I miss it because I'm standing in the ticket queue :rotfl: :rotfl:

Aw Cheery - any changes that have to be made at this stage would be teeeny, but it would be really, really annoying to get it back again, so here's to it getting through. *Crosses fingers*

Am going to bed (look at time!): I just came to report that I have been a very naughty condiment and have only done half a side of homework.
