I will just get him to call one day this week if we hear nothing. he is just getting fed up with it, and fed up I keep asking him about it ..oopppss!!

Had a call from mccains, even though i rang them yesterday and got it sorted then, they have rang to apologise and re re confirm address.
Looks like couriers are bringing right cameras and as another poster said earlier it has now changed from courier picking refurb up to them sending out a prepaid envelope to send the refurby one back.

One has to wonder about this really as they are obviously saying about fraud(i presume they are on about people making up false names etc to go with numerous emails as that is the only thing i can think of) then they are sendng out prepaid envelopes obviously now relying on the goodwill and honesty of people to send them back.

i wonder how many camera sender backers will say
a) never recieved the envelope:whistle:
b) recieved envelope sent it off not my fault if it got lost in post.:exclamati

i can honestly see a few problems ahead using this method.

Had same call as i was driving, chap was really nice and said return envelope will be in box, it will be next week .

can't seem to get through to McCains phoning on OH's behalf - just says the person is on the phone.

Is everyone receiving calls about this now or do you still have to phone up to lodge a complaint?

Also, has anyone received the HTC phone?

keep trying to ring, it took me a couple of goes to get through

I rang yesterday, but still got a phone call today

my dd got a phonecall without ringing them first

I got my phone last week, brand spanking new and I love it! ok well it looks good, I have no idea how to work it
