Thats good news, i have sent email but geuss they will have a backlog of them so will ring them later, i take it that when they send out a new camera they are taking the old refurb back at the same time?

I just called and was told a courier will bring a replacement and collect the refurb in a few days.

Hiya thank you for the info. Is it for all who received the refurb camera or the one who called them?:o cuz my friend received refurb too but she only sent an e-mail to them and didn't get any reply yet.

I would definitely give them a call, the lady asked for hubby's details again so they may think people who don't call are satisfied with the refurb.

I've just called too, I think the very nice and pleasant girls at the other end are getting a tad peeved now as you can hear the sigh as soon as you mention camera

but yup they are couriering out replacements and collecting the refurb camera's :j
