    This was why I said it could be a mistake and I can see how it has arisen. If he's told them only the number of hours he has classes and not specifically mentioned that it's a full time course, they may well have classified him as a part time student which, I think, would allow him to claim ESA.
    i didnt know that,will leave it for the time being.as i say he is going to uni in sept so he will have to sort it all out with student finance etc.its all soooo complicated.i dont think the people who work there know what they are on about half the time:(am wondering if he will be able to get esa if he gets student grant etc,but thats another story......lol.
