Thursday - Bathroom
Clean floors in these rooms
Clean baths/shower, toilets,
Wipe down tiles in bathroom
4 out of 5 isn't bad ... I might even make the effort and do the bathroom...actually, I better had as DD has a friend over for a sleepover! That should shame me into it.
LL - lovely to see you around! I'm fine, thank you. I wish you'd stop throwing that fairy dust over here, the stuff that's kind of grey and powdery - I prefered the glittery stuff. What? You mean that isn't 'fairy' dust that's just because i'm not flying enough!!:rotfl:Big hugs at you xxxxx
I'm finding it very hard to type because I have a stripey head on my knee trying to get a cuddle. She's feeling a bit sheepish because she ran into a gate yesterday and winded herself. I've never seen a dog do that before....bless her...daft mutt!
Right, back to work and then I'll think about that bathroom.
Sorry I missed the happy birthdays, school fair yesterday so I didn't get online at all....so belated happy birthdays xxxx

Afternoon all,
Hope everyone is ok.
Living Room :jALL DONE:j:j
Three loads of washing out & a fourth just finishing spinning by the sounds of the washer. It's quite sunny here today for a change.
Need to S&S the kitchen & bathroom later, tackle the ironing & potter in the garden in between footy matches. Really looking forwards to England tonight, fingers crossed!
It's my skydive tomorrow  - getting quite nervous
Good luck vibes would be much appreciated!

We're all paying for our own jumps, so all the money will go to Ashgate Hospice, Help for Heroes & the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust.
Thanks!
Hope everyone has a good weekend....0 -
Hi all
DH (please note, not me!) has dysoned through and given the baby's room a good clean. Was meant to be putting the cot up but there was a little metal bit missing (fingers crossed the bit I got in B&Q is the same!). He has also cleaned the kitchen thoroughly including the floor. I had dusted/wiped through the other day so we're pretty much there for now.
I am going to do the bathroom now (so much messier when i've been at home this week) and then we're going out at 5 for dinner at friends.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Having a lovely time in the garden. I was bitten yesterday though and my leg is rather swollen and sore, first of the season.
Just in for a snack and then back out for more planting. I want to cut the lawn but the kids are playing badders. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Bunnies out.. must remember to bring them back in
SC on
DW waiting to be emptied
And... *drumroll* .. baby popping bags almost packed.. I decided 4-5 weeks gives me enough time to sort out any stuff I don't have before I am too tired and hungry to move from the side of the fridge!
I NEEEEEEEEEEEEED my big pink bag... I can feel myself getting a little too emotional as to its whereabous.. yes I KNOW it is silly..
OH and DD1 picking Tiddles up from her party on the way back from tesco
And my lump of pig in the SC smells heavenly.. which is great.. BUT.. they children want doghots with ketchup for dinner.. and who am I to object?
HUGE lump of pig all to myself sounds divine.. I may slice it.. smother it in gravy and put it in the fridge for tomorrows dinner...

I have a feeling that my neighbours are planning a party tonight...and expecting goals...they have some sort of a horn they're gonna let off and it is being tested..... about every 15 minutes.
Kids can't watch footy at their dad's because he will [STRIKE]get hammered [/STRIKE]'have a drink' while the footy is on and I would have to get them and I don't know how late I could beDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

My neighbours seem to be having a footie party as well - we suspected as much with the frantic garden tidying/planting up yesterday - so we are decanting to the allotment for a while, then Mr S's whilst its on would seem to be in order...
Had a fun day out at our local town do - much facepainting a la St George and freebie air horns & flags being given to kiddies for later, and a good old fashioned Punch & Judy show. I tried some of the food (would have been rude not to?) and purchased lots of plants.
Quick WM & line twizzle, tea for DS, cuppas for adults and then we're away,
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.
Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.0
