    Hiya,
Will try WD40 later and see if it works. Mark is on the seat of the stool, not bothered about the shorts. Can't understand where it came from, will quiz daughter, am off to collect her now.

No--- wd40 may well dissolve the tar and carry it into the plastic...

start with OIL - try rubbing vegetable oil on to dissolve the tar (may take a few goes), work inwards. (which is how you get it off skin)

I'd be tempted to soak kitchen paper in oil and leave it on the tar for a while.

Thursday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area DONE

Just waiting for the washer to finish and will get the towels hung on airer.

Have read the doormat thread and had a good laugh. Stepford Wives indeed. You couldnt get anyone less like a Stepford wife than me. Good replies from our flyladies.

wm has just finished so needs hanging up...other washing on airer needs folding and rehoming! Dinner cooked, eaten & washed up. soup portioned up but freezer is literally rammed...think the bread will have to come out to make space. lunches for tomorrow need making at some point before bed.

Need to phone friend and ask her to do the food for meal on sat...I will provide drinks and nibbles for the footie here but don't think I'm up to cooking a big meal.
