It runs many anti-spyware/adware/virus etc programmes all in one go. Be warned, it takes a long time but is very thorough!!! It's updated regularly and isn't commercial.
It's a Dutch site (a Dutch friend recommendedit) but if you scroll down you'll come to the English language text. I've used it several times and am very impressed.
Repeated warning - it takes a long time to run because it runs quite a few programmes.

my mate has a cousin in switzerland area.and they are well up on software.they really know what they are doing.lots of file sharing website.eg:-DC++ are run by these people.....but hey cheers for the link,it worked great.thank you0

Our IT guy at work recommended this to me. It is awesome! It literally runs a dozen different programs and strips out so much Cr*p you would not believe!!
I agree with the warning though - it does take a very long time to run and I found that the Hitman programme needs focus on it all of the time - therefore, you can't do anything with your machine whilst it is running.You can't pick up your teeth with broken fingers!0 -
