I mentioned this in the other thread. They are making out that this only happened over the weekend and they are calling it a 'glitch' in their tweeter replies. The cached pages show these details where public from (at least) 10th of May.

I think they have an obligation to inform/email ALL users. Even if they have fixed the website the information is still out there now and users should know.

When the practicalfishkeeping.co.uk website had a security problem they notified all user, it's the right thing to do imo.

Received an email from lovethatwine saying they will get the cache deleted on google, just checked and mine is still there, they did not seem very apologetic either

I also complained again and got the further message about asking Google to remove the cache.

I think we now have enough evidence of correspondence with lovethatwine to show the Information Commissioner what has gone on. Even if they rectify the error, they have still technically breached the Data Protection Act.
