Good afternoon everyone, coffee and hot chocolate with whipped cream would be very nice thank you! Ideally served on Tixy's new table with a trough of doughnuts in the middle - apple and blackberry filling with whipped cream .....slobber slobber! Oh no, here comes Handy in his David Dickinson pin stripe wellies and fake tan.........and I am surrounded by piles of clothes and ebay/car boot tat.......Oh, it was all a dream! One life - your life - live it!0

Afternoon.
Thought I'd pop back on the computer to see how everyone is. I'm having a very lazy day at the folks. Have just finished eating hot scones with hm raspberry jam.
Thinking I might grab a blanket and crash on the sofa for an hour or so to catch up on some sleep.
Hows the birthday boy Nargle? and is it warm enough to send them into the garden?
Hmm wonder if i should manage with If's virtual hot choc or see if I can track down a real one.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Tixy its Sunday, track down a real Hot Choc. I fancied a beer seeing as the sun has gone over the yard arm, but a virtual one just wouldn't have tasted as good.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Car Boot wasn't bad, not many people about but still managed £35 after deductions and came back with 2 boxes empty.
I was going to try to get over to see Ames at Bristol, but the Hooray's had other idea's. It wouldn't be bad but I don't get paid anything for weekends.
The new Housekeeper never made it in yesterday as she had a hangover, Lady H never said a word. Wait until next weekend they expect me to be on call nearly all next Saturday to drive for them.
I wonder If I can have a hangover will they mind if I can't work.
Catch you all later, cheers handy.Mother Nature Don't Draw Straight lines, We are Broken Moulds in Life's Grand Design, We look a Mess but we're doing fine,

Good evening everyone, a post-pizza and birthday cake bump. Son and friend busy creating something out of Lego at present, soon be time for friend to go home then son can get his bag packed for school tomorrow then get in the shower. It was too windy today for them to eat outside, what a shame! Still, I got the best cutlery and dinner service out and served fizzy fruit juice in wine glasses as it was a special occasion. Well, you are not 12 every day, are you?
Fair result there, Handy, £35 and 2 boxes of stuff cleared. Get 3Dogs to make you an offer on the rest, she's the car boot queen round here!
Will have a lazy evening, might even push the boat out and crack open a tube of Pringles in front of the TV.....One life - your life - live it!0 -

Hot chocolate and donuts! Mmmmmmm! In the end I went to Ikea to meet a few friends for coffee and cake (I think that was the only way she could persuade husband in there, that and so their daughter could play with the toys!)
Much better than an afternoon ironing though! So many clothes Spoon, I'm in heaven! (apart from the imminent ironing!) And they never cost me a penny. Work colleague said she'd just cut out the middle man (the charity shop) and give them straight to me to sort out which I do and don't want :j :j :j My friend is coming round for tea (dinner; whichever you prefer to use
) during the week for a rummage too.

Hi Everyone,
Hope you have all had a good weekend.
Just been catching up - there's always so much to catch up on when you miss a day or two.
Handy - Glad you MIL is perking up now, hope it continues & best wishes to you all.
Erme - Good luck with the camping hope the weather stays good for you.
Tixy - Great table you must hurry and finish your kitchen so you can use it.
Ames - Sorry your friend let you down - I hate it when that happens. Hope you got other arrangements sorted.
Geebee- As usual looking after all the catering - it goes down a treat!
Oh - OH has just informed me that he wants to go to bed so I'll have to finish off for now, halfway through what I was doing, he can be so rude sometimes and selfish. he's been on here all day and when I get the chance he wants to go to bed.
Nite all see you tomorrow.I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D
