Hi all, Lazy evening for Handy. Took dogs for a long walk in the fields around the hall and got back just as the sun was setting.
I am still sorting out files on the lappy from the reset. Planning to start doing regular backups now to protect against future problems.

Back to normal tomorrow, I'm starting to work on a few new stories which hopefully will be ready by mid week.
MIL is doing OK, a bit tearful at the end of visiting tonight but at least she's eating pretty well. Should get an update from the medics tomorrow.

I think our weather has numpty's amnesia It was sunny 2 minutes ago, now dull. I realised that I made a mistake on Friday, I had the air con on my car fixed. Now we will never get warm weather again?:mad:

Handy, sounds like you did well at the car boot sale... i'd be more than happy to get rid of a couple of boxes of my junk and end up with 35 smackeroonies into the bargain!. :j

Nargle, glad the 'party' went well. My son loves building with the Lego too, cant believe its still as popular as it is these days, although its rather more than when i was a kid, not the bog~standard 'bricks' that you just build a house with. I got my son a Halo tank type thingy the other day, it had loads of pieces but what a price!!... i guess thats what it all costs nowadays though. It's certainly not cheap, i nearly feel through the floor when the sales woman asked for 25 quid, i was thinking a fiver, tenner at most!!!. :eek:
