Morning everyone, hope a good day is in store for everyone even if it is a Monday!! (don't worry peeps - only 15 hours til Tuesday!)
I might not be on much myself this week - got a few hosp appointments (well 4 appts!) that im carping myself about this week so I'll pop on and keep up to date but my posts might be even less use than normal!
spoon - i have NSDs to update but I've not got round to it yet what with big tree falling and interwobble issues, will do it soon though!

Lovely cup of coffee GB - normally drink dippy tea (just give the teabag a very quick dip in the water, with no milk & sugar) but I do have the occassional cup of coffee so that was a nice refeshing change
