But you know what's the worst thing about this?
I have been good all week and I bet I put weight on when I get weighed on Monday !!!! Sod's law
Not really appreciating this weight loss talk...am behind with reading posts due a to a rough few days but I was over 90kg...got down to about 68 then the ED kicked back in and I'm now down to 57-59 (weigh at least x2 a day). Low fat is easy ...there are other more MSE options than SW or WW like Sp*rkP**Ple or the D**Ly Pl*te online (pm me if you want the links). When I began to lose weight I couldn't afford WW or SW so went on SP that I googled (and am now off cos of the ED). They're all really about the same...
Average diet day consists of :- (and this is all very cheap)
Breakfast - Porridge a la micro + sugar
No mid morning snack though you could have a banana
Lunch = Wrap/Pitta with homemade houmous/ham and salad...
No Mid PM Snack unless low cal kids choc
Supper = khiitchari in rice cooker
It's monotonous...Sometimes I vary the spices in the khitchari but it works... I still get my choc....Drink 8 cups of water a day (anyone will lose weight with that!!!), If I want to maintain/gain weight, I have a bread roll rather than pitta/wrap and maybe pasta  rather than the rice and mung dahl...All really easy cooking..
If you really can't cook then try W* farm foods (again pm) who kept me fed and on track and a 400 cal decent balanced meal down me every night when unable to cook....Just bung in micro for 10 mins...a lot of councils use them as meals on wheels and subsidize so might be worth enquring?

So there you go folks, I will tell you more tomorrow, anyone have a spare cottage and need the best Handyman/ Butler/ Driver / Medic/ security/ electrician / builder / plumber / decorator / cook / housekeeper in the business, we are the people.
Cheers, handy.
Handy Hugs...I have a tent and a back garden not far from me...That's all I have until the students can find you a room. Move up here man and go back to Uni and become a veggie/green fingered/smoking mature student
....Best recommendation I have for you...sounds an awful LOT LESS STRESSFUL than your current life
Lets see how he is during the night and in the morning - a bit better by then I hope.
So I am off to my bed now - nite handy & spoon if you're still about?
Use ice to get the swelling down - regularly and it'll help the pain too. Also whilst waiting for the painkillers to work try a nip of whisky or something, just like a mouthwash. In fact with these things a nip of alcohol is a pretty good mouthwash...
But it sounds like you need A+E for this hun. Best time to go = 6.30am...Just like I did yesterday am. Straight in (no waiting) doc seen, leg dressed, antibiotics gotten, clinic appt gotten - out an hour later

Good Morning all, It's Dull and Grey here this morning. Coffee, dog walk and look under the car to see what the problem is.
