Morning All, the weather report from Scrumpy Land Its Scorchio, and later on today it will be more Scorchio.

Niddy, you will never know with my stories, Church fenton is true. When face to face people never know wether handy's telling fact or another shaggy dog story.

Erme, cheers Lord Hoorays not doing to badly, he has freinds staying at the moment. He's not supposed to be drinking, I think he's keeping to it, but the bottle count from them and Lady H is running at 6 a day. (2 bottles each?) I never drink when I'm on duty or if I think I could be needed. If they had an emergency what then.

GeeBee, I thought I saw your car at the car boot. Big 4x4 pickup It had your Avatar painted on the doors, and a cracking picture of a howling wolf on the tailgate.

Everyone have a great day, if someone ruins it for you tell them handy will have words (handy's feeling macho today). Must be from telling lady H that if she wants the beech hedge cutting by hand, to do it herself. It takes Handy a full morning using power tools. I am not to damage any plants in the border as I do it. The answer is not to do it untill the growing season is finished, but the raggy hedge is spoiling the view. Nice if you have time to enjoy it.

    Catch you all later, handy.

Yes that was me.... But you ran in the opposite direction muttering "I dont know her" when i called "YooooHooooo Handeeee!!!" :rotfl:

Hi Numpty, I was talking to EDF this morning. I actually got someone that was helpfull. Yours makes my arrears of £500 look like pocket change. I think you might have got Lord Hoorays Bill. At one point British Gas were chasing for 19K  for a meter that had been removed 2 years ago. Hooray Hall costs @ 15K a year to heat and light. I have just got them on a commercial tarrif that will knock 20 -25% off the bill.:j

EDF = Electricity Distribution Francais. They should keep to there own side of the channell.

The German Officer who had his evil way with the young french maiden. When he had finished as he was putting his trousers on said to her, "in 9 months you will have a boy, you will call him Adolf".
The maiden replied, "in 9 days you will have a horrible rash - call it German measles".:)

Got to get back to work now, cheers handy.

    Alll 150 pionts :j:rotfl:

It all stems from switching last October (£40 cashback,if I'd have waited a wekk it went upto £60)
I gave the wrong reading, I got myself confussed , the gas and electric switch wanted 5 digit numbers I'm sure one of them said ignore leading zeros (i picked the wrong one):o
Anyway last week someone from EDF called and I thaought things were getting sorted, they have put the leading zero in:j, but not changed any of the other readings so it looks like I've gone round the clock:eek:
It's a good job it was me that got this sort of bill ,
if my mother had got it she'd have had a heart attack:(

I do ned to get my act together, get everything in writing

but i'm still to busy laughing:rotfl:
a bit like when when I've phoned EDF, the staff have tried to help
and verbably agreed to a reduced DD (back to £10):D (I need it in writing)
even though they tried screwing me on that :rotfl:

Numpty,Not sure why but I'm crying :o . Of all the peeps on this board you're the kindest & most supportive of all & I'm  & :( for you all at the same time . Wish I was there to give you a big :grouphug: & emergency hobnobs
