I can't see no mention of anyhting about £2 in the emails?
I'm so annoyed, i've been checking every morning to see if they have dispatched, surely once they have taken the money and dispatched the order they are breaking the contract to ask for them back.0 -
Well says returned and we have not returned them so there's a lie before we start
We can now confirm a refund of £8.95 has been credited to your account. This may include a £2 contribition cost to the return of your item(s). Please allow at least 5 working days for your refund to appear.

Mine just says something about refunding shortly.
From their t&c's:
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you. If we decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy in section 7 below.
So when they despatched a contract was formed.0 -
Same emails. They 'pretended' to despatch mine.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0

I have just sent an email asking them why they are breaking the contract, and what's going on.
Will keep trying on the phone though.
So peed off!0
