I am afraid that I am not the idiot, I was proved right in what I said. It was not the case of not wanting to share it but knowing that doing so would effect all those that had ordered and were under the radar, I have enough foresight to have seen the consequences, knowing that no one would benefit because as soon as it was posted it would quickly be identified. The end result being all those that quickly thanked you were never realistically get their orders and all those that had seen the glitch will also now not be getting theirs, Please don't get high and mighty as you only shared this when your order had been dispatched. A case of 'I'm alright Jack'.

I ordered 5 free pairs, i also got a cancellation email but its only for 1 pair, the other 4 are still in progress

I ordered about 9am this morning

I'm sure when any of us spot a glitch we'd do our order 1st, then post it on here. There's nothing wrong with that.

I didn't try for the glasses or shirts but this reaction & comments would put a lot of people off posting anything!

I have been here long enough to have seen all sorts of comments and abuse hurled at people, it doesnt bother me one bit.

The person who insulted me actually cared about other people's orders? more like his own order. The fact is I chose to share this info while you kept it quiet for your own good.

What have you proved i dont see floods of people saying there order has been cancelled and as deanos said he only had 1 pair cancelled and i orderd at 1pm today and have had no email to say any of my four tops are cancelled

How very wrong you are, I do actually care about the other orders people have now lost. If you look at my order does it smack of someone who is selfish or greedy? There were only two items in my order with the glitch? if I was a selfish person do you not think I would have gone to town and ordered loads? I will reiterate I didn't say anything because I actually saw the consequences which has now been proved right. Your post on this one was only ever going to result in losers.

As for the floods not getting their e-mails it's rather early to say this isn't it, I will say no more because it's clear some fail to see the bigger picture.

Loads of people post stuff on here which benefits them not one iota. If I was a "me me me" type person then I wouldn't post Tesco misprices, or tell people about things I've found. The OP didn't need to post it, so it's a case of you win some, you lose some. Good on you for spotting the glitch too, but that's all it was - you've lost absolutely nothing, as you too were exploiting a loophole that shouldn't have existed in the first place. I'd suggest you perhaps not use this board if your attitude is so absolutely selfish.
