Hello all I know I'm an awful virtual friend and gave been a stranger for so long

Just been reading a couple of pages of posts and was sorry to hear there was sadness before Christmas so a special big hug to those that suffered loss and lots of love tucked in too xxxxxxx

I'm immersing myself in the world of crochet thanks to our lovely Jean and keep trying new things mainly squares, baby blankets and did a granny scarf the other night really must get back to two needles though ........

redrose1414 - hello and welcome to our happy band. I tend to do... hats for seafarers, blankets for SIBOL,baby hats,and a mix of all sorts of bits and pieces I find here and on Ravelry.


nursemaggie has put me to shame...I have an infinity scarf I started ages ago still on the hook and a drop stitch scarf I made up half finished plus a bag of who knows what ...so this year I am going to FINISH off one thing before I start another ...so thats me sorted :rotfl:

OH said he is starving...(he dont look starvin to me);)
so I better give in and get some grub sorted

Hello you lovely lot .... Hope 2015 is starting well for all .
I gave just finished my Dartmoor Dreaming baby chevron blanket for a great niece or nephew who is due later this month.

Dear aunt actually passes away on the 23rd and as she had no family bar us we are trying to tie up a lot of ends. Bless her ... Still in the hospital morgue as everything shut down for Christmas.

Cremation and celebration not til 22nd Jan . And apparently that's rushing it!!!!

All decs down and all freshened up... That feels good as the decs made me miss William so much x x
