Kind of. This bloke is pretty dodgy and has had several run-ins with the neighbours. I believe one of our neighbours has informed a friend who is a policeman - still waiting for something to happen though.0 -

Might be interesting to note down a few of the number plates and models and enter them into the DVLA website to see what it says.

I would just get myself a hobby and get on with my own life. If you don't look in that direction all the time it won't be an eyesore. At least they're not obstructing your drive.0

As unlikely as it may seem, perhaps there is a reasonable (and legal) explanation. I cant think what that might be though.0 -
Lol haven't read all the replies but i'm with you OP!
Across from us are a couple who have 3 cars, 1 4x drive and a huge camper van. They do not use their allocated drive but line them all up along the rd. Luckily the camer van is not outside our house, it tends to move one car space between our next door neighbours and the one further up to which they get really fed up as find it hard to get out of their drive. The poor bloke opposite has the lovely van right across his window blocking any light..as you can imagine they are not the most popular people! oh and as we all say amazes us how they afford it when they are claiming benefits..makes you laugh really! Unfortunatly they are all taxed so not a lot we can do.i'm guessing the same for you?0 -

Saw a car parked up in the off-street area near me, no tax etc. I used the council's web-site to report abandoned car and they put a notice on it. Car went a few days later.0
