Hi does anyone know what convertables Alamo are providing out of LAX?
We've just booked one through car hire 3000 and it says PT Cruiser convertable...or similar, when I enquired with car hire 3000 they said there's loads to choose from (how helpful). If anyone knows let me know!

    Thanks in advance.

Sarah, sorry but we're unable to guarantee the specific make and model of vehicle available to you for your rental - only the size of convertable. For more information on what models could be available to you, you may call LAX directly at (310)649-2245

This is an interesting question as its one I have myself.

Do Alamo actually have any PT Cruisers? If they dont have them on the fleet I'd happily book with Carhire3000 but I want to make sure there is no chance of getting a PT Cruiser.

Is the PT Cruiser convertible even in production anymore? It's a fairly bad car normally and cutting off the roof made it worse. Sebring isn't much better. Definitely one of the cars that helped ruin Chrysler and make them Fiat's !!!!!. Got to be a Mustang or might as well just rent a normal car.

I've had a good 10 or so PT Cruisers. Despite looking like a hearse these things actually drive pretty well!
There are far worse American cars out there (mustang ;) )

Looking on their website looks like the convertible has, sadly, bit the dust
