    Morning Penny,

got a bit carried away with couponing!! It's good for trimming down my shopping bill but does take a lot of time in research and planning.

Hi, sorry to hi-jack Penny's diary, how do you coupon in the UK? I tried to look into it after watching extreme couponners (sp?) - was brilliant! I only want to do it on things I need/use though otherwise I'd be spending for the sake of it, but need direction....

  • Thanks 02, feeling a little nervous.

Trying to focus on other things today rather than interview:o, have spent all weekend swatting up and feel i can do no more just hope the right questions come up.

Managed to list 6 things on ebay over the weekend and 4 have bids.
Did gas and electric readings yesterday have used £5.46 in gas and £13.42 in electric, could be better but could be worse with how the weather is at the minute:(.

Speaking of weather got up this morning and found loads of tree brances in the garden, some of the trees at the bottom of the garden have taken a real battering, so glad i got hubby to put away all the garden furniture.

    Paid milk bill yesterday £7.70.

Recieved Tesco vouchers £6 and some voucher for £4 off £40 spends, going to sit down and work out how to plan my shop for the month to get the best deals as have both money off vouchers for tesco and sainsburys, see if i can stock up on basics and essentials, will do this tomorrow when my brain can focus.

£15 hit bank account from paypal so that has gone to B card:), also recieved child benefit today.

    Morning Penny
Wishing you all the best for today. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
You are doing well with your budget. The gas and elec are sure to come down hopefully if the weather gets a bit better. We can only hope.

The weather here was horrendous yesterday. Lost one of my fav trees::( Very severe wind and piles of rain. We have had nothing but rain for the last few weeks. So we hope now that we will get a bit of sunshine.

All ok here but I have done too much last week and an old arm injury is really severe at the moment. Not much sleep last 2 nights. Hoping that resting it, that in a few days all will be back to normal.

Keep going Penny. Go in there today and do your best as you always do.

    Take care and God bless:A
