Wedding ring broken :(

Thanks guys.
I'm going to reply to their email and ask them for a replacement of the same type and see what they reply. No harm in asking I guess. I really don't want to lose the ring we had blessed
If you get no luck then its another excuse to have your next ring blessed again and have another party!!

I was asked to go in to the shop so they could look at the ring to see if they could fix it (which we knew they couldn't as already tried this route originally). When we went in the manager said the ring had been discontinued but there was a possibility that a few stores still stocked it and would we be happy to exchange it. As hubby hadn't been wearing it we decided that we would do this even though originally we wanted to keep the ring we had gotten married with

Anyhow... the manager rang about 5 stores and then said there was another ring in store that was the same but 2mm bigger and cost £240. The last selling price of our ring was £199 so they gave us a voucher for that amount and we had to put another £40 towards it which we were happy to do as we only paid £80 for our ring so we got that one.
It's exactly the same ring, just a bit bigger and I'm so glad I wrote to them and complained as originally we were fobbed off but as soon as we got head office involved they did everything they could to help
