  • Clear to see that someone in the company possibly the management has written post 7.

The company has now increased its fee to 36% and on top they charge an andmin fee of £10 total rip off. The company is just after quick cash so stay well clear you can get the same refund back by claiming back yourself as legally lenders have to give you back interest at 8 %. U claim 4 me cannot get you back anymore then this as this is your legal entitlement. It is a very simple procedure in trying to claim back yourself just ring the lenders directly and they will send you the paperwork through the post which you sign and return back to them. This way you will not have to pay companies such as U Claim 4 me half your refund.

You would have been paid if you'd claimed yourself.|No-one needs to use a claims company, if you have all your information you can easily do it yourself.

You've paid Uclaim4me for doing something you could have done for the price of a stamp.

..and he's also managed to bumpup a thread which originated in 2010 in the process!
  • If these people cold call you, put the phone down and if you can block their number. I made the mistake of entering a conversation with them. Since then they harass me with phone calls on a regular basis. When I asked them to stop calling, the operator called me 'pathetic'.
Have nothing to do with them.

FORMAL COMPLAINT OF MISCONDUCT AGAINST WATERLOO SOLUTIONS LIMITED

I have repeatedly told your company that I do not wish to receive telephone calls to my number, [your number including STD code].

This includes calls on [date], [date] and [date]
When I was called on [date] and I complained your representatie called me "pathetic". I demand: 1) That that you cease to make ANY attempt to communicate with me other than by mail to [address] 2) That you write to me and explain why you have persisted in harrassing me by telephone despite me asking you not to, in contravention of the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2014, the Direct Marketing Association code of practice. 3) That you explain why you persist in committing criminal offences against me by pestering me with calls I have objected to receiving in breach othe Privacy and Electronic Communication Regulations 2003 (“PECR”) 4) That you properly compensate me financially for the distress and inconvenience your criminality has caused me 5) That you properly compensate me for the offence your representative caused me in their response to my protests. Failure to provide satisfactory response to my complaint within eight weeks from today will result in the matter being referred to the Legal Ombudsman. A copy of this e-mail has been sent to your regulator. Yours faithfully [name]
